I’m a novice to cooking as a senior. All my children took after their mother and are wonderful cooks. Chef JP makes it all look so fun and easy, it’s not rocket science.
I have tried many of his recipes but my favorite is the eggplant Parma pie. I bake the eggplant rather than fry. My family loves it and the presentation is beautifully unique.
I also enjoy his mushroom sauce. It serves a variety of uses.
Thank you Andy
I love cooking shows and watch many but watching you is another ballgame. Watched a few tonite and learned soooo much. You are a great teacher. Tks much
Thank you for the kind words Nancy.
Thanks Chef for all your tricks of the trade. We always learn a lot with you. Anyone can follow a recipe found on the web, but what I like the most is that you explain to us WHY we have to do this or that. When we understand, not only do we remember them better, but we can also apply these tips in other situations.
Thank you for your kind words Sam! 😊
I am learning all the time, and so happy! You make learning easy!
Thank you and God bless!
Chef:
I thought I was a pretty good cook but evidently not so, because I learned how to cook at the age of 11 and now 57 yrs. later, I find out that I’m not as great as I thought and was told for years.
I have learned so much from you while watching your videos and your Cooking 101 that my husband is totally blown away by my cooking skills now. He knows if I am not on You Tube at night because he doesn’t hear me laugh hysterically at some of your comments.
I want to thank you so much for all that you do for all of us “Chef wannabees.”. Keep it coming!
