Delicious and Easy Beef Recipes

I’ve been a professional chef for over 50 years, and during that time, I’ve developed some incredible beef recipes. One of my personal favorites is my Beef Stroganoff. It’s a rich and creamy dish that’s simple to make but packed with flavor.

Another favorite is my Beef Wellington. It’s a classic dish that’s perfect for special occasions and was  a favorite in my restaurant, The Left Bank, which I owned for over 22 years.
