  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream

Prepare the Salsa:

  • 1/2 cup Red Onion, finely diced
  • 1 cup Cucumber, finely diced
  • 1 cup Bell Pepper (any color), finely diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Hot Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Garlic Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Prepare the Sour Cream Drizzle:

  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/4 cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 dash Hot Sauce
