ROASTED PORTOBELLO
Balsamic Glaze

Serve 4 people
  • 4 large Portobello mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup Balsamic vinegar
  • 3/4-cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 8 springs fresh thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350.
Toss the mushrooms in a glass or stainless steel bowl with all the ingredients. Cover with aluminum foil and roast approximately 10 minutes. When ready to serve cut slice on diagonal and fan.
