Dear Friends & Cooking Enthusiasts,

Be sure to join us July 9th for the WINES OF FRANCE with Master Sommelier Eric Hemer. French wines are probably the most important wines to discover and to study if you have a desire to learn about wine. You must know French wine to know wine?We?ll feature five of France 's most important regions , such as Bordeaux, Burgundy, The Rhone, The Loire and Alsace. They are the most popular and largest wine producing areas in France. While Eric Hemer talks to you about the region, we will cook wonderful dishes specific to each area. So come hungry and thirsty, as we plan on drinking and eating well, the Course is fun and very informal.

July 16th, I'll be preparing on your favorite dish, Filet Mignon Wellington, wrapped in puff pastry with wild mushroom sauce. The dessert is a Chocolate mocha torte and black cherry and raspberry coulis this is another class not to miss.

 July 20th Chef Ricky from Casa D'Angelo will again prepare a fantastic menu. The menu is not yet confirmed but he is thinking of preparing as an appetizer Prosciutto wrapped Jumbo Scallops with Taggiasca olives and Basil Pesto. Freshly made Fusilli Pasta with Sea bass and a fresh herb breaded Swordfish steak. Chef Ricky's class are always fun, and his food is always delicious!

Remember that our Gourmet Emporium is open 6 days from 10AM and 6PM every day. We have the complete line of Viking, Staub and Swiss Diamond cookware. Wusthof knifes WMF tools, Cuisinart small appliances and a wonderful selection of gourmet foods.
